We are looking for a skilled and passionate PO with 3-6 years of experience in AP/AR, who is excited to dive deeper with us on our AP/AR product. The candidate should be a self-starter, motivated to continue the PO path as a personal growth curve, and be passionate about learning from and with our senior coworkers.

A stellar level of English and strength in customer communication will be key in order to keep and extend the user-centric way of thinking in our product team. Besides product skills, we expect the candidate to show advanced project management skills. We are looking for a PO that owns their specifications, proactively communicates with stakeholders, applies crystal clear communication, and works in a very structured way (documentation, timelines, etc). The candidate should be experienced in different product development processes (e.g. Kanban or Scrum).

Requirements

• 3-6 years of overall product experience as PO or similar with at least 2-3 years in fintech space (Banking, AR, AP).
• You have great knowledge of the different parties involved.
• You follow up on the industry trends and have an idea of what the future of A/R can look like.
• Experience as a project manager or operational PO, working directly with development teams, is crucial.
• You have a passion for end-users and want to keep thinking user-centric (although we are building an API first product).
• You love working with a cross-functional team and to iterate with developers and designers. Stakeholder communication is easy for you.
• You distinguish between assuming and knowing and pivot/iterate on everything.
• You're great at communication e.g. with clients or internal stakeholders.
• You're great at product documentation and you see the value in it.
